exaggerate the item's condition or features. Make your ad attractive,
but believable. People shun claims that sound too good to be true.
- Include
price. Advertising the price draws greater response because people are
interested in what they can afford. If price is negotiable, say so.
- Be
home when your ad is running or specify the hours you can be reached.
People may not call back if they can't reach you at first. Don't risk
