1. Any political or personal opinion/religious ad must have the name, street address and city of person or group printed in the ad. The ad must be verified for authenticity by the organization submitting to PDS.
2. All ads submitted to PDS MUST BE accompanied by the name, the address (street and city) and the phone number of the person submitting the ad. If the person is submitting the ad for an organization, the name and address (including street) and phone number of the organization must also be included.
3. Employment ads should clearly state the position they have to offer and whether the salary (if stated) is weekly, monthly etc.

Note: PDS and/or their publishers reserve the right to reject any advertising for policy reasons. The publisher assumes no financial liability for typographical errors in advertisement, but, if at fault, will reprint that portion of the advertisement in which such error has occurred. A letter will be provided to the advertiser upon request.

We cannot accept the following types of ads:

1. Ads of personal nature such as companionship, dating services or related ads unless we have reviewed information regarding the particular club or organization.
2. Palm reader, fortune teller, astrology, psychic or hypnotist ads.
3. Ads that require or encourage sending money through the mail -- example: Widgets, send $5 to PO Box 123, Anytown. ACCEPTABLE AD EXAMPLE: Widgets, $5, write or call for details, list address and/or phone number.
4. Ads concerning "WORK AT HOME" unless we have reviewed information.
5. Ads from companies selling information regarding GOVERNMENT SURPLUS, government real estate, government homes, government vehicles, general government help wanted, etc.
6. Adoption ads.
7. Credit Card, i.e., "Gold Card, Bank Cards" ads.
8. Personal loan, mortgage ads unless from established, bona fide lending institutions, or licensed mortgage brokers.
