Ad placement or arrangement of any and all ads in any issue or zone is at the individual publisher's discretion and is not guaranteed. PDS will accept a classified ad with a preferred classification, but if unavailable, the ad will be placed in a classification most closely related to the ad text, or under no classification if a paper does not have classifications.
